CPG Food Brand Turnaround Strategy
Knorr is Unilever's largest food brand and the world's 5th largest CPG brand. When the global business was experiencing a significant decline, the brand needed to be turned around. I led the agency-side strategic planning, authoring the Flavors of the Season strategy and executing the 'What's for Dinner?' program, Unilever's largest Shopper Marketing program, which reversed the sales decline and stabilized the business. I exported this program globally to stabilize the brand in all other markets.
XM + Retail Sales
Led the agency-side annual strategic planning and execution of TELUS' Future Home and Mall Tour programs, generating 40,000+ in Revenue Generating Units for the business annually (the second largest RGU program in the country).
